and oh...whilst at having lunch at HK Kim Gary, mother suddenly got a call from father...

which was the exact same expression the 3 siblings traded upon hearing the wonderful news...
so after the movie(Narnia)..
cabbed down to the hospital both worried and half in amusement.
this is the interesting part...apparently his finger gt trashed when the CRT monitor he was carrying (trying to neaten up his room) dropped.
it didnt just break the finger mind u...it kind of....
split the thing...
imagine the top segment of the index finger...
now draw a line vertically down...through the nail
OUCH! is what you'll end up with
and even better, the docs actually considered AMPUTATING his finger...
nice decision eh?

what better way to fix it than to just CHOP it off?
